Managing Bread Orders

The Bread plugin integrates seamlessly with Magento so you can manage Bread financed orders through Magento's order management system.

Actions taken in Magento's order management system for Bread orders will automatically reflect in Bread’s database. Orders paid for with Bread will be noted within the order details as “Payment via Pay Over Time” and will begin in an “On Hold” state.

Settle Orders

Bread defines Settlement as when an order is shipped which triggers Bread funds back to the merchant. To settle an order in Magento 1 change the status to “Completed”. This will move the order to a “Settled” state in your Merchant Portal.

Cancel an Order

To cancel an order go through the typical Magento 1 flow to cancel an order. This will move the order to a “Cancelled” state in your Merchant Portal as well.

Refund an Order

You can issue a partial of full refund of a Completed order by following the typical Magento 1 refund flow. This status change will be reflected in your Merchant Portal as well.
